MLM Worldwide Event Planning is a full service event design company that specializes in handcrafting weddings reflecting the bride and grooms personality. My services are personalized to each couple and I have basic packages that serve as starting points.
The Modern
Starting at $1200
Month of Coordination: For the couple that has booked each vendor and created all design elements but needs a professional to act as one central point of contact (for vendors and guests) in the month leading up to your wedding, during the rehearsal and on your wedding day
- Unlimited emails and phone calls beginning one month before the wedding day
- 2 in-person meetings: One initial meeting to understand your expectations, vision and general plan; One additional meeting at the location of your choice (venue walk through, vendor meeting, etc)
- Review all vendor contracts to ensure the wedding day expectations are met
- Begin communication with all vendors to introduce myself as the point of contact, confirm details and advise of any new, pertinent information
- Communicate with the bridal party of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception timeline
- Create and distribute detailed itinerary to all necessary people at the rehearsal
- Conduct the ceremony rehearsal (2 hours)
- One coordinator and One assistant on your wedding day
- Create timelines for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and distribute to all vendors involved
- Manage all vendor arrivals and set-up of ceremony and reception locations
- Arrange the set up of the welcome table, seating cards, favor bar, centerpieces, cake table, and other details
- Make sure all gifts and valuables are packed into the designated vehicle at the end of the event
The Luxurious
Starting at $1700
Full Event Planning: For the couple that has a specific vision for their wedding day and feels confidant making design choices on their own. They will understand what they want but will need assistance being matched with creative vendors to make their dreams a reality. I will provide more intensive organization plus everything involved in the month of package.
- Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the wedding planning process
- 4 in-person meetings: One initial meeting to understand your expectations, vision and general plan; 3 additional meetings at the location of your choice (venue walk through, vendor meeting, etc)
- Personalized timeline and check list to ensure you are kept on track
- Organization of budget and creation of spreadsheet
- Guest List organization; Keeping track of RSVP and entrée selection
- Assistance with Venue selection; Checklist for the initial meeting and walk through (Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal Dinner)
- Source Officiant
- Assistance with Catering selection
- Provide vendor referrals for entertainment (Live musicians and DJ)
- Provide vendor referrals for floral design; Checklist of questions to ask at initial meeting
- Assist with sourcing photographer and videographer; will provide a must have shot list (Engagement and Wedding Day)
- Assist with Favor Selection
- Assist with Wedding Registry; Provide advice on how many and which price range for gifts
- Reserve hotel rooms for out of town guests
- Provide vendor referrals for stationery ( Save-the Dates, Invitation Suites, Menu Cards, Escort Cards, Programs and other day-of pieces)
- Provide vendor referrals for lighting
- Arrange transportation (Wedding guests, Bridal Party, Send directions and timelines to all drivers)
- Arrange hair and make-up (Trial and Day-Of)
- Review all vendor contracts to ensure the wedding day expectations are met
- Begin communication with all vendors to introduce myself as the point of contact, confirm details and advise of any new, pertinent information

The couple that chooses The Magical package loves handcrafted details that create an intimate experience.
- Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the wedding planning process
- 6 in-person meetings: One initial meeting to understand your expectations, vision and general plan; 5 additional meetings at the location of your choice (venue walk through, vendor meeting, etc)
- Create Keepsake Wedding Inspiration Board with colors, fabrics and other design elements that will be incorporated into your event
- Personalized timeline and check list to ensure you are kept on track
- Organization of budget and creation of spreadsheet; Reminders when important payments are due
- Guest List organization; Keeping track of RSVP and entrée selection
- Assistance with Venue selection; Checklist for the initial meeting and walk through (Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal Dinner)

- Hand Crafted Artwork for custom centerpieces; Wood Elements, Yarn elements, Authentic Vintage Pieces, etc
- Custom Guest Book designs; Personalized to fit theme or couple’s hobbies
- Create or Source custom Cake toppers
- Source all wedding day pieces needed; Toasting Flutes, Cake Cutting set, etc
- Design and create personalized chair décor for the bride and groom
