Hi!  My name is Melissa Lauren Marghella and I am the owner and designer at MLM Worldwide Event Planning.  I specialize in creating hand-crafted details that showcase the personality of the modern couple on their wedding day.  I have been designing events for over 10 years and I launched MLM in 2012.  Over the years I have worked with Non-Profits, Corporations and Professional Organizations, but now I am focusing on my passion- Weddings!

I am a super-organized, perfectionist and love to find creative ways to make your wedding vision come to life.  I always have a back-up plan (Girl Scout Motto: Be Prepared!) and I know this is the best way to ensure your wedding day is stress-free for you and your guests. 

As a member of ISES (International Special Events Society), I am able to provide vendor referrals to the best in the business.  I work with an elite group of Photographers, Rental Companies, Bridal Salons, Caterers and Musicians that will provide the same level of integrity and workmanship that I do.

I am also the newest Feature Contributor on Pretty My Party, where I share the latest wedding day inspiration floating around in my head.  Each Friday I will bring you photos, how-tos and ideas to create a magical wedding day.  My latest features, Navy and Gold Inspiration and Brunch Wedding Inspiration are up now!

MLM Worldwide Event Planning will take the stress and worry out of the planning process, leaving room for the most amazing memories to cherish for a lifetime!

MLM will help with:

• Conceptualizing the event’s overall theme, decor elements, and ambiance

• Creation of Design Inspiration Boards consisting of color palette choices, fabric swatches and decor elements

• Organization of the Event Budget

• Assistance in Vendor selection, such as the florist, musical elements, lighting, photography, linens, catering and venue

• Oversee the set up, execution and tear down of all event elements

• Create personalized, one-of-a-kind design details, such as Escort Card Displays, Unique Guest Books, Modern Favor Stations, Dessert Table Displays and Luxurious Furniture Layouts

• Custom, Hand Made paper products, such as Pennant Banners, Escort Cards, Favor Packaging, Menus, Programs, Table Numbers and Invitations

• Contribute to the styling of the Bridal attire and accessories, as well as, the fashion styling of the Mothers and Bridesmaids
